The Duke WB302 Aerohot™ steam table has two 12-inch by 20-inch openings. A 1-inch cast brass drain and valve enable operators to set up a wet bath in the unit and clean it out afterwards. Powered by LP gas, the hot food bar s burners can be adjusted with the unit s controllable valves.

On the front, a 7-inch-wide carving board runs the length of the unit to support prep work. Users can store additional supplies on the Duke WB302 steam table s undershelf, and since the entire unit is made of stainless steel, it is heavy duty and cleans up quickly. Stainless steel legs elevate the table, and their adjustable feet provide stability on uneven surfaces.
